Delete your data

You can delete your TallPro data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open TallPro and tap the menu (☰) at the top left.
  2. Tap Delete my data.
  3. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

This permanently deletes your anonymous account and its data from our servers (AI usage records), plus everything TallPro stored on your phone: your answers, name, check-ins, habits, streak, training and meal history, sleep logs and Apex chats. It can't be undone.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my TallPro data". Because accounts are anonymous, we'll reply to help identify your data, and we'll confirm when it's deleted (within 30 days).

Subscriptions: deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription. Apple manages billing: go to your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
